Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic orders, 3 to 7 business days.

  • International orders, 7 to 20 business days.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed.

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, if applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be requested before your order has been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
